The Galactic Observer is a work of parody, fiction, and social commentary. No real persons, living or dead, are depicted in its fictional content; every figure herein is an invented alien archetype. The Bulletins of the Specola Galactica are the site's factual wing: they report real water-world events accurately, with citation. No quotation is ever invented for a real person, in either wing.
